Big budgets and the best tools won’t get you far if your teams are pulling in different directions. From product to development to leadership, misalignment is often the hidden barrier keeping enterprise SEO from reaching it's full potential.
In this piece, Jojo Furnival shares a framework for breaking down silos, earning executive buy-in, and building the cross-team trust you need to turn enterprise SEO from firefighting into a true driver of growth.

How to Identify AIO traffic loss [WTSNewsletter WTSPartner: STAT]
With AI Overviews now appearing for up to 40% of queries in some verticals, their influence on search results and organic traffic is undeniable, but how does that translate to your site metrics?
In STAT’s recent webinar, Sr. Search Scientist Tom Capper explains how to combine data from GSC, GA4, and rank tracking to identify the real impact AIOs are having, leaving you with an actionable framework to apply to your site. Plus, stick around for the Q&A where Tom answers audience questions.

Hello WTS community! - I'm Tiffany, Director of Growth at WTSPartner, Prerender.io. I'm excited to kick off this 3 part series on a critical (but often overlooked) aspect of our changing SEO space: website visibility for AI crawlers. ---
In part one of our series, we explored why content on JavaScript websites remains invisible to AI crawlers like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Today, I want to share practical methods to diagnose whether your site (or your clients' sites) might be affected by this.
Free "What AI Sees" Tool
I'm excited to share a new resource that I created specifically to help SEO professionals diagnose AI visibility issues. I vibe-coded this "What AI Sees" tool in Lovable, and it shows you exactly what AI crawlers see when they visit your website, often revealing shocking gaps between what humans see and what AI systems can actually access.
This free tool provides an instant visualization of your AI visibility gaps. Here’s what you’ll get with it:
Accesscheck. Are top AI bots allowed?
Visibility%. How much content is “seen” by AI bots
Quickfixes you can hand to your team
Shareablereport for stakeholders
Note: I am still in early testing days with this tool and there may be bugs. I’m only sharing it here first because this community is a safe space. 💜 If you come across any issues, please DM me on the WTS Slack, or email my team at hello@prerender.io.
Common Warning Signs
We work with thousands of businesses each month. After studying insights from each of these businesses, here are some patterns that can indicate AI visibility issues:
Websites with unusually low traffic from AI channels or low AI crawler activity (you can use Prerender to track this)
Sites where the initial page load is minimal
Content hidden behind tabs, accordions, or "load more" buttons
Real-World Impact Assessment
To understand the business impact, ask yourself these questions:
What percentage of your key content appears after the initial page load?
How important is this content for answering user questions?
How important is appearing in AI search results for your business?
Are competitors with more traditional sites gaining an advantage?
Next Up: Part 3 and Practical Solutions on What You Can Do
In the final part of this series, I'll share practical solutions to ensure your content is fully visible to AI crawlers without requiring a complete site rebuild.

Make It Make Sense: A Virtual AI Summit for Marketers [WTSNewsletter Spotlight Sponsor: Growclass]
A daylong AI + Marketing conference on October 23rd! The goal is to gather with smart, curious people and ask better questions about AI. If you feel behind, that's okay; we'll catch up on it together. If you're feeling queasy about the ethics and environmental impact, me too, we'll unpack it together with the GOAT, Avery Swartz. If you're interested in AI + marketing, AGO, content, or research— Tiffany DaSilva, Hiba Amin, Bryan Grover, and Sarah Stockdale have got you. If you can't join that day, buy your CA$15 ticket anyway, and we'll send you the replay. A portion of the proceeds will go to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada.
If you've made it this far, thank YOU! A reminder that everyone is more than welcome to subscribe. We want to help amplify all the incredible people of marginalised genders in our industry, so the more people who subscribe, the more we'll achieve that as an industry.
